Sharni Vison, an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on the 22nd of July 1983 in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson first made an appearance as an actor in 2001 as she appeared in the role of a woman as a character in Home and Away, a soap-opera in Australia. The casting agent was keen to have her play one of the leading parts. However, she did submit an try out for the role, but she wasn't selected. Instead, during the same episode she got to play the character of Cassie Turner, who is a troubled teenager who is in foster care. Both critics and fans loved the performance.
