Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel loves working out your lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Warming up is usually done prior to the training. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
