Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more thirty years expertise, has assisted leaders, their teams, and companies improve performance. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming human resources and business plans into strategic goals as well as enterprise-wide goals by focusing on organizational performance including employee participation as well as change. Awed by the leadership of teams, she views team building and learning as an essential element to gain an advantage in the marketplace.
