Jean Paige Turco
Paige Turco is an American actress who is best known for her role as April O'Neil in the two "Teenage Muppets Turtles" films of the 1990s' early years. As a young girl she, born and raised in Massachusetts, USA, aspired towards becoming an elite ballerina. For this, she took ballet classes and joined New England Dance Conservatory as well as other dance companies. After her career was a success for a ballerina, she sustained an ankle injury and stopped dancing. In the meantime, she was interested in acting. She earned an acting degree from the University of Connecticut. Her debut came on the television screen in 1987 playing Dinah in 18 episodes of the soap opera "Guiding Light". It was followed by a second support role in the soap opera "All My Children". In 1991, she started her film career with "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, II" as well as "Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles: III". Her film career launched early. In the past, she appears in films such as "Rhinoceros Eyes" and on the series The Agency, The 100 and Person of Interest. In addition, she was a supporting character in the TV film "Separated at Birth".
